What if my heating oil has not arrived?
Please double check the expected delivery window for your oil, depending on the speed of delivery you choose at the time you ordered we give you a window of dates when your oil will arrive. If you selected to be notified by text message when your oil has been dispatched we will contact you on the day it is going to be delivered. If your delivery is outside the expected delivery dates you can contact us directly for an update. Please note that during times of increased demand, particularly during bad weather and around Christmas our delivery schedule can be disrupted and we will do our best to keep you informed.
